Our team is the backbone of Kaleidex. Comprised of industry veterans, skilled engineers, and business strategists, our team members bring decades of experience in medical manufacturing and business growth.

Jon Lynch

Chief Financial Officer

ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant)

Jon started his career in audit before transitioning into M&A, where he worked with high-growth businesses across multiple sectors.

He later extended his manufacturing experience, working within an automotive injection moulding business. Over three years, he helped grow the business to $130m turnover, expanding its footprint across China and into Indian and Mexico.

At Kaleidex, he brings a wealth of experience in scaling businesses, executing M&A strategies, and building high-performing teams. He is focused on driving financial and operational excellence to support the group’s ambitious growth plans.

He is committed to team empowerment and continuous process enhancement, dedicated to driving lasting value and fostering a culture of excellence.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys following and playing football, travelling, and cooking for family and friends.

James Young

Mergers & Acquisitions

MSc (Finance), Imperial College London

James is an experienced finance professional specialising in M&A, with a strong focus on healthcare sectors. His career spans roles in private equity, management consulting, and healthcare-focused investment, successfully executing transactions totalling over £1 billion, including cross-border M&A and fundraising initiatives.

With a passion for innovative growth strategies, James brings deep expertise in buy-and-build approaches and operational excellence, supporting businesses through strategic acquisitions and integration processes. Prior to joining Kaleidex, James was Managing Director at a privately-held business where he tripled revenue using technology innovations, providing him with valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities faced by family-owned enterprises. He strongly advocates for people-first strategies, fostering environments where efficiency meets imagination to drive sustainable growth and value creation.

Outside of the office, James enjoys skiing and attempting to play tennis. He is married and lives in London.

Chris Spencer

Director of Operations

MBA (Business Administration and Management), University of Lincoln

Chris is a senior leader with extensive experience in both large medical and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) organizations. Known as a champion of continuous improvement, he has built a reputation for driving sustainable transformations that create lasting value.

As a leader, Chris believes that true success is not defined by titles or accolades, but by the people who bring the vision to life. His focus is on inspiring, empowering, and unlocking the potential within each individual. By fostering strength and unity within his teams, he knows that greatness is achieved through collaboration and shared purpose.

Outside of work, Chris is a dedicated triathlete, having competed in several Ironman competitions. He is also a proud father of three and resides in the North of England.

Rhiannon Lassiter

Head of Marketing & Communications

MA (English Literature) University of Oxford

Rhiannon is a holistic marcomms (marketing and communications) strategic manager. She delivers a range of public-facing functions including digital and social presence, conferences and other events, public relations and press, printed material production and customer relationship management messaging.

She believes in building relationships, creating space for creativity and ensuring that all projects are planned strategically, tactically and operationally.

In her free time Rhiannon is dedicated to personal fitness, writing fiction, and spending time with family and friends. She’s a vegetarian, loves Thai food and pizza, and lives in Oxford with her partner and two cats.

Liam Harris

Head of Finance

BSc (Accounting and Finance), University of Southampton

Liam has extensive experience in financial management, complex reporting, and compliance within international organisations. In his previous leadership roles at CT Automotive Group PLC and Captec Group PLC, Liam has worked across a range of financial disciplines, supporting business operations in dynamic and growing environments.

Passionate about using finance to actively support business growth, Liam is focused on demonstrating how the finance function can drive value, rather than just reporting on it.

He lives in the Salisbury area with his wife and young daughter. In his free time Liam enjoys staying active at the gym and supporting Crystal Palace.
