To support growing customer demand and strengthen the future of UK med-tech manufacturing, we are investing in a new purpose-built precision manufacturing facility in the north of the United Kingdom.
Designed as a Factory of the Future, Kaleidex One will combine advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, cleanroom production, and scalable implant manufacturing under one roof.
Kaleidex One will deliver:
- One of the UK’s first truly end-to-end medical contract manufacturing solutions
- Advanced automation rarely seen within UK med-tech manufacturing
- Scalable implant and instrument manufacturing for OEMs and innovators
The new state-of-the-art facility will be approximately 100,000 square feet and include dedicated rapid prototyping and new product introduction (NPI) cells, expanded cleanroom and packing capacity, enhanced finishing capabilities, and the Kaleidex Academy and Advanced Development Team skunkworks. It will also incorporate temperature control, breakout areas, and ergonomic efficiencies.
Coming in 2027, Kaleidex One will serve as a centre of excellence for the Kaleidex group, delivering expanded capabilities and capacity for customers across the global medical technology sector.
